  2. Have a question about the eating before a workout…

    I set my alarm at 4 to get up and eat something, then I go back to sleep to get up at 5 and workout. I do this because I don't want to work out on an empty stomach and don't have time to just get up, eat, wait for a while, then work out.

    Am I damaging my body by doing this?
